Good location and convenient to move around. The staff were friendly and gave me a room with a nice view. The hotel is simple with a big room and comfortable bed — I slept well and the shower pressure was good. Cleanliness is average, and the showerhead was dirty and a bit broken. Overall, not fancy but comfortable enough for a short stay.

Nice place to stay at the heart of Bukit Bintang. Walking distance to Pavilion, TRX, Lot 10 and others. Room have more space than normal room and confortable bed. Available parking at the premises with RM11 per day multiple entry. The only unsatisfied moment that I have is, I am had my lunch at the cafe, chicken chop with brownies as a desert. But both taste not fresh. Only the french fries is good. Fresh, crispy and tasty. I hope they can ensure that all their food fresh after this.(My husband nasi goreng and sate is fresh)

停車場在底樓非常的窄差點能進不能出刮花汽車，酒店門口有付費停車位每進出一次RM30 ,不理性化，房間沒給礦泉水，衹有過濾水在衞生間裡，廁所裡那麼多細菌，房裡的杯也洗不乾淨不推薦

Plus Minus banyak banget di hotel ini. Saat Check In semua sangat ramah tetapi pada saat Check Out semuanya berubah kecuali SATPAM yang tetap ramah. Yang paling mengecewakan adalah petugas CONCIERGE yang meminta istri saya untuk mengambil dan menulis sendiri tag untuk menitip bagasi dan saat ingin meminjam timbangan tangan pelayanan sangat mengecewakan padahal kami check out sekitar jam 11.00 dan bukan jam ramai pada saat itu. Tetapi diluar itu petugas ROOM MAKE UP SANGAT PROFESIONAL DAN JUJUR. Dompet anak saya ketinggalan dan isi didalamnya sedikit pun tidak berkurang. Terima Kasih...

Stayed at Dorsett Residence Kuala Lumpur recently and overall it was a no-fuss, comfortable experience. The location is excellent – just a short walk to Pavilion and plenty of eateries nearby, which makes it convenient for both shopping and dining. The rooms were clean and well-kept, though I felt the bedding could be improved with a thicker duvet for better comfort. The gym facilities were on the older side with minimal equipment, so fitness enthusiasts might find it lacking. That said, if you’re looking for a straightforward stay in a central location without too many frills, this residence does the job well.

We stayed for 3D2N and this is our second stay with Dorsett. The hotel is strategically located at Bukit Bintang and easily accessible to nearby popular malls and eateries. There was stained on the floor carpet and it really look ugly. It affected the room standard though. The pillow and bed was comfortable. Sadly even the room we select stated cityview but there was no view. The room faced lif lobby at Dorsett Aprtment and we cannot draw curtain due to privacy 😞 Overall the stay was fine.

It was one of the worst experiences to stay at Dorsett KL. There were big spider webs just above bed. Pillow quality was very poor. Food service is only till 9.30pm and you need to pay to get your food upfront, there is no option to get the food & charge it to your room. Amenities are just formality, slippers provided were so thin & fragile. Hair dryer is of poor quality. Except of the location of hotel, there is no reason to stay in this old and poorly maintained property.

This place was so outdated. Shower head was mouldy, water didn’t run hot and the fan in the bathroom did not work. On top of that, there is a spa on lvl 5 which is not operated by the hotel- mind you it shows spa in the hotel lift. Lifts also sounded like it was going to break down any day now. Do not go for a full body massage as they have add on services which was not mentioned prior. This has been the worst experience for such a big chain hotel. Hotel advised they will provide a refund for 2 nights and then went back on their word and only provided 1 night refund. I rarely leave bad reviews but this was a must this time.

朝ごはん美味しいと思う。お粥とフォーがオススメ。 6:30からなので6:00からなら更に良いけど7:00にならないと明るくならないので致し方なしか。部屋の掃除しなくていい札かけといたらロビーの自動販売機で使える(10リンギット) パスワードもらえて地味ながら得した気分。ペトロナスツインタワーの方角は隣に高いビルがあり殘念ながら最高とはいかないが、悪くはない。

Great location in Bukit Bintang (5 min walk to Pavilion). Hotel service is excellent; staffs are nice and friendly. It says 5 stars but building and rooms are old, (more like 4* ) Breakfast is very good but you have to go early before 7:30am otherwise the place becomes super crowded. Check-in/check out are smooth & fast. Overall I’m happy with the stay. Nothing to complain.
